We pay special attention to the selection of consultants, as they are responsible for work results and completion of deliverables to the Client
Candidates should expect
several selection stages:

Initial screening
We review all received CVs and invite successful candidates for the first round of interviews to our office

HR Interview and testing
All candidates undergo an interview with HR manager and subsequent test on Finance and Economics, as well as the ability to solve business cases. Following the results of the primary interview and the scores obtained for the test, a decision on the next round of interviews is made.

ASSESSMENT CENTER
Assessment center means that candidates are solving a case in a group. We will evaluate not only your analytic skills, but also your mind structure, teamwork skills, working in short time limits and under pressure, defending your decisions and point of view

PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW
Depending on the anticipated position, you will have from two to three case interviews with SBS Project leaders and Partners
