During the project the typical building company group contractor profile have been defined, unified criteria for inclusion the group of companies into the a single pool of contractors have been developed (and the escrow accounts rules for keeping their place in pool), there also the targeted processes for shortening the time frame for building and increasing the RMB control level have been proposed
