BACKGROUND
No business program of international forum 3 months before its start. The board of the forum has no systematic approach to program formation. There is no team for quality work in a short time.

SOLUTION
The cases (examples from Russia and the world) were found according to 14 given blocks of forum. Topics for the event blocks of forum were formed from selected cases. Proposals for speakers and moderators for these events have been formed. Communication and assistance in involving other departments in the forum has been provided. The government of Moscow, as well as other potential speakers and co-organizers. Support was provided to the board of directors of the forum and the client in updating and making additions and changes to the program.

RESULTS
The business program of the forum has been developed and approved. Assisted in the development of a roster of speakers and moderators for integration into the programme. There were 3 discussions from SBS Consulting on the forum site. Four co-organizers were involved, who organized and held 6 discussions at the forum.
