Background
The engineering company (the Customer) became part of the Holding Company. In 2024, the Customer has concentrated and continues to deepen core competencies that may be in demand not only within the Holding. At the same time, it became necessary to optimize the processes of Customer interaction with the parent company, as well as internal business processes.

Solution
At the first stage, the project included diagnostics of 5 pilot business processes (engineering management, procurement and logistics management, planning and control, human capital management, economic and financial management), as well as clarifying the Customer's development targets, analyzing Russian and international experience in organizing engineering activities, and developing top-level alternatives to improve the system. management and optimization of business processes. At the second stage of the project, recommendations were developed and agreed upon on the target logic of the distribution of powers and responsibilities between the departments of the Customer and the Holding, as well as on optimizing business processes.
