    The company recently went through insolvency process. New management team was eager to develop organizational structure and business processes in order to increase business profitability.


    In two months SBS Consulting experts developed new organizational structure which allowed to split responsibilities and decision-making. Project team created visual descriptions for main cross-functional processes as well as related KPI cards for managers. The suggestions on responsibilities allocation were converted into the job description and duty regulations for managers up to level “CEO minus 3”.


    Proposed organizational structure and principles of duties’ segregation were approved by the owner.
