  • Background

    In the context of changes in the Client’s management, a Programme to increase performance efficiency was launched. To achieve the goal, teams from a worldwide management consulting firm and SBS Consulting were invited.

  • Solution

    SBS Consulting’s ream, together with a team from a worldwide management consulting firm, tackled the Client’s task of improving performance efficiency. The project included development and implementation of process-based management’s methodology, establishment of best practices in the area of process-based management on the basis of other regulators’ experience, description and reengineering of business processes, as well as implementation of KPIs for business processes, elimination of the overlapping of functions of structural units and personnel optimization.

  • Results

    As a result of the implementation of the project, transition to the process-based management was carried out, business process’ labor intensity was reduced, personnel and transaction costs were optimized, efficiency and transparency of interaction with financial market participants and the quality of regulation were improved.
