    SBS Consulting got a task of developing a business model for a new Internet bank, serving B2B clients.

    Team has performed a series of meetings with leading banks in this segment in USA. Based on international experience and Russian market analysis, 3 options of the business model were developed. We substantiated each option with customer segmentation and interviews with potential customers. Financial models for each option were then constructed, and the optimal business model recommended for the client.
