  • BACKGROUND

    The Client planned to implement unified contracting system in capital construction procurement process and needed assistance with the transition process. Original contracting process varied within departments and activity streams.

  • SOLUTION

    In three months, SBS Consulting developed a new contracting model based on uniform framework of buyer-supplier relations. SBS Consulting experts defined the optimal procurement procedures bound to designed agreement framework and complemented it with detailed description of selection process. The project team designed the complex system of appraisal, classification and qualification of suppliers. The system consisted of detailed description of evaluation criteria, classification and qualification methods varying for specific procurement procedures and agreement models.

    Client’s management approved the six-month implementation plan of new contracting model, including designing KPIs to estimate efficiency of its rolling-out.
