  • Background

    Due to growing volatility of the market environment, as well as increasing pressure from trading houses of metallurgical plants, the company decided to launch a transformation program aimed to improve the current management system and to reach a competitive level of profitability

  • Situation

    The project was implemented in two stages. At the first stage, the SBS Consulting team diagnosed the existing business model and management system, identified the factors behind the company's competitors in terms of profitability and formed a transformation program, including the composition of projects and a roadmap for changes implementation. At the second stage, the team implemented projects for the transformation of key processes and functions, which were brought to the stage of piloting and scaling


    During the project, recommendations to improve the existing management system have been formed, a system of indicators and a roadmap to achieve the goals of shareholders and the company's strategy have been developed. Also, as part of the transformation program support, a redesign of the sales, procurement and pricing processes was carried out and segment strategies with a focus on a unique selling proposition have been developed
