Situation
The analysis of international experience in the digitalization of public services and the implementation of a client-centric approach in the interaction of the state with the population and business was carried out, the Russian experience in implementing individual initiatives in the field of improving the quality of public services was studied, drafts of two standards were developed that describe the principles for the provision of public services and the implementation of functions for citizens and business, proposals have been developed on the mechanisms for implementing and managing the implementation of standards

RESULTS
Draft standards were developed, discussed with the expert community and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. A decision was made to launch pilot projects to introduce standards in public authorities in 2022
